GenSurv Data Hub
Operation of a data platform for the storage, analysis and visualisation of anonymised pathogen sequence data and relevant metadata. This has been set up since 2020 (within B-FAST), initially for SARS-CoV-2, then prototypically extended to Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacterales and Noroviruses. Expansion to other relevant pathogen groups is planned.
