Mission
NUM-MB (NUM Methods and Biobank Hub) brings together relevant expertise and demonstrates how research projects can be implemented in accordance with standardised processes. Throughout all phases of a study, NUM-MB offers collaborative and interdisciplinary advice on ethics, data protection, study design, methodologies, as well as on biobanks and external data. In this way, NUM-MB promotes the consistent application of common standards and enables patient-centred, efficient, and reproducible high-quality research. NUM-MB serves as the point of contact for organisational queries, liaises between the various infrastructures within NUM and provides information tailored to specific needs.
