Although the ALL-BFM (Berlin-Frankfurt-Münster) study group in Germany collects relevant clinical data, including treatment regimens and outcomes, in a structured manner, image data, especially Computer tomography (CT) data, of children and adolescents with ALL have not yet been systematically collected and analysed at a national level. RACOON-INCLUDED aims to use evaluation methods based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the early diagnosis and characterisation of invasive fungal infections, the prediction of disease progression and therapy success based on various data sources, and the detection and quantification of therapy-associated changes in bone health in paediatric ALL patients.
