Biosamples from NAPKON1 were comprehensively molecularly analysed under the leadership of the NUKLEUS2biosample core (now part of NUM-MB). In addition to the proteome - i.e. the totality of all proteins that can be measured in a sample - transcriptome, genotyping and epigenetic data sets were also generated. So far, 32 research applications with over 25,000 molecular data sets have been supported. The proteome data is now also available.
In addition to the molecular data, clinical data, image and biosignal data as well as biosamples are also available via NUKLEUS from the NAPKON project. NAPKON recruited patients with COVID-193 from 2020 to 2024 for in-depth phenotyping of patients.
