The European BE READY partnership strategically strengthens pandemic preparedness in Europe. The NUM is involved in setting up a European network for clinical studies on pandemic preparedness and response with the NUM Study Network and the Infection Network and together with the German Aerospace Center - Project Management Agency.
The European partnership "BE READY" will bring together over 80 organisations from 27 countries that are active in the field of pandemic preparedness and response. The aim is to build a European research and innovation system that is optimally prepared for future health crises caused by infectious diseases in order to be able to react quickly to new pandemic threats.
