The Leopoldina National Academy of Sciences today presented its position paper entitled ‘Post-Infectious Conditions: Healthcare, Data Infrastructure, Research and Prevention’. The publication analyses the current state of care and research and sets out more than 30 recommendations to provide more effective support for those affected.
Chapter 3, on data infrastructure, also addresses the Network of University Medicine (NUM). Various Research Infrastructures within the NUM are cited here as potential starting points for research into post-infectious conditions.
