Workshop on digital recruitment support at NUM DIZ and within the NUM Study Network
Efficient patient recruitment is a key prerequisite for the successful conduct of multicentre clinical trials. To promote collaboration between the NUM Data Integration Centres (DIZ) and the NUM Study Network (NUM SN), the two Research Infrastructures are organising a special workshop on digital recruitment support.
The workshop brings together representatives from the NUM DIZ and the NUM Study Network, in particular from NUM SN WP4 ‘Digital Feasibility and Pre-screening Platform’, to discuss current challenges and jointly develop concepts for interoperable recruitment workflows. Key topics include a modular reference architecture, reference implementations, interoperability and the requirements for the automated pre-screening of clinical trials.
